The Gefen – Green Team
Teamwork. Marketing. Experience. Results.
Nancy Gefen and Kathy Green know the value of teamwork. It not only has made them one of the most successful real estate duos in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach market, but it has allowed them to consistently exceed their clients’ expectations.
Both women work and live in Boca Raton and enjoy the active lifestyle that the area affords. Green, who has lived
in Boca Raton since she was a teenager, has a background in hotel management and pharmaceutical sales.
Gefen, who previously was a well-respected CPA, has lived in Boca Raton since 1992. In 2001, she launched her real estate career and never looked back.
They are extremely knowledgeable of all facets of the community, from oceanfront to country clubs to luxury and family communities, allowing them to successfully deliver results in these specialized areas.
“Our combined experience, with the unparalleled global reputation of Sotheby’s International Realty, enables us to provide even stronger customer service and excellent results,” says Gefen.
Adds Green: “Being a team ensures our clients the highest level of service and expertise. We know that client satisfaction is paramount in our business.”
Their motto, “We’re Here for You!” is more than just a marketing tagline. It is their core philosophy. They
know the importance of learning about their clients’ lifestyles and what they’re seeking. They also tailor effective marketing plans to suit the unique needs of each home and to target the most interested buyers.
“Kathy and Nancy are two exceptionally fine individuals who care,” says their broker, Mark Nestler. “They continually demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and place their clients’ needs first.”
Both women also believe in giving back to the community and are active in a number of local charities, such as the board of the Business and Professional Division of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, Spanish River High School Foundation and JARC – Jewish Association for Residential Care.
